We are releasing 2 types of tickets this year:
Generous Bird Tickets
Option to donate any amount you’d like. We appreciate your contribution of all kinds. Making this a great weekend for you guys doesn’t come cheap! We’d appreciate any donations to help make this year’s jam even better. As well as attending the event, there are (optional) free hugs for all Generous Bird ticket holders. Released on 15th Feb at noon.
Free of charge with limited amount. These tickets will go out in three bunches:
- Super-early bird 15 Feb at noon
- Early bird 18 Feb at noon
- Leave-it-until-the-last-minute Bird 21 Feb at noon
For the past two years, we’ve firmly believed in keep the Jam a free event for all.

Our new logo is finally here!! The winner for our Logo competition was unveiled on the 29th of Januaury 2013 at our monthly Service Designing Drinks in London.

Service Jam at London is an non-profit event organised by volunteers, who are individuals come together at their own time and cost for a cause – a passion to bring benefit of Service Design to wider communities in Design, user research, social innovation and digital innovation.

After two and half years we are refreshing the Global Service Jam London logo. In the spirit of open innovation we wanted to open it up to the community of jammers with a competition. We’ll be unveiling the winning entry at the London Service Design Drinks in late Jan. Everyone is welcome to enter the competition, if you have any great ideas we would love to see them.
