Service Jam London, 1-3 March 2013 (48 hours), is part of the Global Service Jam initiation which covers over 100 countries globally. The london chapter been a successful event and have steadily attracted approximately100 attendees each year, including designers, students, researchers, user experience experts and service designers (as mentors) as well.
We are releasing 2 types of tickets this year:
Generous Bird Tickets
Option to donate any amount you’d like. We appreciate your contribution of all kinds. Making this a great weekend for you guys doesn’t come cheap! We’d appreciate any donations to help make this year’s jam even better. As well as attending the event, there are (optional) free hugs for all Generous Bird ticket holders. Released on 15th Feb at noon.
Normal Tickets
Free of charge with limited amount. These tickets will go out in three bunches:
- Super-early bird 15 Feb at noon
- Early bird 18 Feb at noon
- Leave-it-until-the-last-minute Bird 21 Feb at noon

Sunday 03 March
9.00 Kick off.
13.00 Deliver deadline: finish prototype
14.00 All team start uploading and prepare for final presentation.
15.00 Finish uploading.
16.00 Final Presentation: 7min each team followed by 5 min Q&A.
18.00 Feedback.
18.20 Close – thank you talk and drink.
